How Verification Works

We believe trust is earned in person. Our process ensures every listing meets our DoubleCheck promise.

First, we’ll review and verify your inventory-wide management practices and inspect your first five properties for operational and guest service excellence as well as compliance with applicable rules and safety standards. If you pass, you’ll be issued a DoubleCheck Qualified Manager Badge.

Then, remaining DoubleCheck-qualified properties in your inventory will undergo an in-person inspection. You’ll receive a detailed inspection report and an opportunity to correct any failed or missing criteria. Properties that pass receive a DoubleCheck Verified Badge.
